Scanly v1.0.16

Library, reading, tools, and filters that stay with the page

Scanly v1.0.16 makes the library and tools feel like a document studio, and rebuilds filters so they look like a cleaned-up version of your photo.

  • Documents and folders show a page-shaped cover, title, and compact metadata. Rename, move, delete, and remove-from-folder live in one overflow or long-press menu
  • Document pages are portrait paper tiles with a page number; tap to review, long-press and drag to reorder
  • The PDF reader shows the full title, page n of m, page-by-page or continuous scroll, pinch-zoom, and tap to hide chrome
  • QR, merge, compress, password, and watermark use paper file identity and sentence-case options. Merge keeps listed order; password is Protect or Remove
  • Opening Scan or QR asks for camera access first. Settings appears only after the permission is permanently blocked
  • OpenCV 5.0.0.1 ships a 16 KB-aligned C++ runtime for Android 15+ devices
  • Color, Shadow Reduce, and Magic keep the captured page recognizable
  • Clean, Grayscale, Text Enhance, B&W, and Receipt still produce a scan look without blowing out or going weak
  • Filter strength follows the page: already-good photos stay gentle; dim, faded, blurry, or shadowed pages get more cleanup
  • Picker chips, the live editor preview, and the saved JPEG share the same look
  • New document and folder dialogs open with a duplicate-safe suggested name
  • Existing documents, libraries, and .scanly backups remain supported
